( 0 Votes ) If you believe that Akron and Youngstown State should renew their football rivalry in a home-and-home series, then please comment below that you are in support of such a deal. In 2014, Ball State of the Mid-American Conference will be traveling to FCS Illinois State of the Missouri Valley Football Conference to play in the second game of the 2013-2014 home-and-home deal.

Please show your support for this deal in the comment section below! You can comment if you are a guest! This platform can work as a petition of sorts!

Former University of Miami CB, Devont'a Davis, has transferred to Youngstown State to play football. Davis will have four years of eligability with the Penguins.

Upon graduating from Gainsville High School, Davis was rated a 3-star recruit by RivalsScout, and ESPN. Besides an offer to the University of Miami, Davis also had offers to Arkansas, Iowa State, Louisville, South Carolina, and Central Florida.
